"Give Thanks At All Times...Even When It Is Hard!" Quiet Day
Tuesday, November 15
9:30 am–4 pm (PST) over Zoom
(includes an hour break for lunch)
Living a life of gratitude is part of the call of the Christ-follower. Psalms of thanksgiving and encouragement through the Gospel stories and the epistles, help us in building a foundation of gratitude beyond circumstances. We are invited to a deeper and fuller life. With Thanksgiving Day around the corner, come join in a smorgasbord on the theme of gratitude and thanks. We explore these themes using art, music, Scripture, poetry, and other literature. How will you build gratitude foundations into your life?
The Crawford Sisters, Mare and Care both serve on the faculty of CFDM and are spiritual directors and supervisors. Ordained as Presbyterian Ministers, we graduated from Princeton Theological Seminary and have served in PCUSA churches. Close friends as sisters, our relationship helps in living a grateful life. Blessed and thankful for the family in which we were raised, we have known life’s challenges and have been helped in our own growing awareness of gratitude through the scriptures, art, and literature, and through relationships.
Registration fee is $45 and a Zoom link will be sent after registration.
